registering and paying
To register, please download the
registration form from from this link, print it out (this is not needed if
paying by direct deposit), fill it in, and pay by one of the methods given below. (The
form is in rich text format (.rtf), and should load into all word
processors.) You can register for the workshop by the same
form as for the convention: for either alone, or for both together.
Payment methods: you can (a) give cash in person; (b) send a cheque, or give it in person; (c) pay by direct deposit; or (d) pay by PayPal.
ConScription is unable to take credit card payments. Do not send cash by post!
(a) cash in person
To be given to the convention chair, Kevin Maclean, or the treasurer, Stephen Litten, along with a filled-in registration form. Or, you can pay at the door, though that will be more expensive — except for attendees from abroad, who will only have to pay $90.
(b) cheque
Please make your cheque (drawn on a New Zealand bank) out to ConScription, and post it, along with your filled-in registration form, to ConScription, c/- Kevin Maclean, 145 Settlement Rd, Papakura 2110; or, give them in person to the convention chair, Kevin Maclean, or the treasurer, Stephen Litten.
(c) direct deposit
You can deposit the fee(s) directly to the ConScription bank account: receiver's qname ConScription, account number 38-9007-0630030-00. In the reference details, please type your own name. Also, please send an e-mail to conscription@orcon.net.nz and give the same details that are required in the registration form, and what you typed in in the deposit's reference fields, so we can connect you with your payment.
(d) PayPal
If you want to pay by PayPal, please contact the con at conscription@orcon.net.nz for details. As ever, a filled-in registration form is required.
hotel bookings
Hotel bookings should be handled directly with the hotel. (To get the ConScription room rate, you need to mention that you're attending the convention.)
